NEW!! "A New Eight Function MBTI® Model: Implications for Practitioners and Clients"
This session presents career counseling resources that group the Top 50 lists
for each MBTI type by Jungian Type.
Each occupation’s rankings (MBTI® Career Report Manual) are scored to produce a
code for the occupation. These codes
are very helpful to career counselors and they can be used to determine the
functional priorities for each MBTI type.

"MBTI® Types and the Enneagram's Public Personalities"
Pre Conference Workshop (7 hrs)-Larry & Carolyn Gabbard
This work is unique in the MBTI community.
It synthesizes MBTI, Enneagram and Holland
typologies. The public or working personality in
these latter typologies can be modeled by two MBTI types (MBTI
Pair). These Pairs can be used to produce occupational
lists consistent with these working personalities. This work can
be generalized for the MBTI community in 12 Pairs, working
types or occupational themes. The Type Table can be arranged to show
interesting relationships between these working types. This facilitates a
type theory understanding of these other typologies, including their “special
features.” This presentation deals specifically with the special features
(Centers, Personalities, Wings, Heart Points, Stress Points and Point
Identifications) of the Enneagram.

"Can You Really Take your Four Letters To Work?"
The indirect relationships that exist between MBTI and
Enneagram results tell us very clearly where our MBTI
letters prefer to work. Unbelievably, your MBTI type is
not likely to be included in the working Pair! Type Occupational
Themes (TOT) have been developed for occupations with a valid type
table. In the TOT lists, occupations are grouped by theme.
This makes it possible to create occupational theme lists for each of the 16
MBTI types. Each MBTI type is typically attracted to only three or four of
these themes. This makes it easier for clients to identify themes that are
attractive them and reject unattractive themes.
